Whatsapp is working on a new feature called WhatsApp Delete for everyone which will allow its users to delete messages that have been sent by mistake before your contacts see them.
Some of the messages sent by mistake sometimes cause great embarrassment. We all have faced type of condition at-least once in our life. Other messaging apps like Telegram, WeChat and Viber already have the option to delete sent messages from a thread. Now WhatsApp is also working on this feature for Whatsapp users. Considering the reports Whatsapp Messenger might soon roll out a new feature that will allow you to delete the messages from the thread. Whatsapp new feature is really going to help counter those embarrassing moments.
What is Whatsapp New Feature
As per the reports by TNW and TechRadar, Whatsapp is working on a new feature called WhatsApp Delete for everyone which will allow its users to delete messages that have been sent by mistake before your contacts reads them. According to reports, the tests are already being done on Android and iOS devices. However, you will have to wait before this feature is out there for everyone to use. As per the report, this feature appeared in an August beta version of the app for Windows Phone. So, it is a clear sign that it will be rolled out for the Android and iOS devices soon.
Also, WhatsApp will soon launch business tools for enterprises which will help them to communicate with their customers. It will soon start charging for the new feature. These new tools will be serving the businesses by enabling them to talk to customers over the mobile app. The WhatsApp Business app is currently in a testing phase.
The app will be available for the small businesses for free for the first few months. Maybe, WhatsApp may charge the large enterprises for a host of communication tools to reach customers. The businesses or enterprises will get a verified profile and users will be able to identify them with a ‘Green Tick’.
